Honestly, I'd give them a zero if that was an option. This company is peddling the worst quality hair and ripping off folks' hard-earned cash. My tape-ins only held up for 9 days before they became all tangled and damaged. I washed them twice using Extension shampoo, and when I reached out for a refund or at least a replacement, they offered me just $30. If my reviews can help even one person avoid wasting their money, then I'll feel like I've done something good. Seriously, consider buying from one of the many trustworthy hair extension brands out there.

This so-called "company" is just the worst!!! I should've seen it coming with that price tag! ($36.00) for a "volumizing weft!!!" First off, the hair quality was beyond terrible!!! It looked like they picked it up off the floor!!!-UNBELIEVABLE!!! It was way too thick at the top-16”-AND a "STRING at the bottom!!! I ordered "strawberry blonde," but what I got was more like "olivey greenish"-JUST AWFUL!!! When I tried to contact their customer service, all I got was a message saying, "Invalid E-Mail!!!" and "Incorrect Password" for my order number!!!-WHAT??? Clearly, once they had my cash, they didn’t care to help!!! And guess what? They’re based in AUSTRALIA!!! If I had known that…PLEASE, don’t make the same mistake I did!!! If it seems too good to be true…IT IS👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Zero stars!!!😖😡🤬

These are just plain awful. The color is a washed-out pinkish-red and they feel super dry, not shiny at all. Plus, they shed like crazy and aren’t even in the hair yet. I reached out to customer support, but it’s been a total dead end, especially right before Christmas for my daughter's first set of extensions after searching through a ton of other extension sites. Definitely steer clear of these.

I’m really happy that I can grab extensions that match my hair’s condition… when I’ve got regrowth, I just throw in the ombré set, and after getting my roots done, I switch to the all blonde ones. I recently began using the hair extensions care line from Pure (shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and leave-in conditioner), and honestly, it’s been way better than those pricey salon brands I used to go for. Plus, shipping was super quick!

I've purchased from Pure Hair Extensions on two occasions. Both times, I was really pleased with the outcome. The second time, I was absolutely amazed at how fast my package arrived. I was stressing about my hair and needed the extensions in a hurry, so I opted for next-day delivery, even before 1pm, which I thought was a long shot. But they pulled it off!
